1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using AAAI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service overview

AAAI is a WordPress plugin and related web service that helps you generate article drafts, headings, and images based on keywords. The plugin communicates with external services operated on wpaaai.com to provide features and enforce plan limits.

• Smart Support AI: interactive assistance for outlines, titles, rewrites, summaries, and improvements.
• Automatic Article Generation: scheduled/registered keyword-based draft generation and saving.
• Image Generation: generates featured and chapter images, with style/size options, and saves to WordPress Media.
• Manual Article Generation: on-demand generation with persona, length, language, and style controls.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you generate, publish, and distribute.
• You must review AI-generated outputs before publishing. AI may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms (including API providers).

4. API key and cost control

AAAI can be used with your own API key (for example, a ChatGPT/OpenAI API key). You control your API usage and associated costs through your API provider. AAAI is designed to make usage visible and controllable, but you remain responsible for any fees charged by your API provider.

• Keep your API key secure. Do not share it publicly.
• You are responsible for any activity performed using your API key.

5. Plans, limits, and billing

AAAI may be available with free and paid plans. Feature availability and limits depend on your plan and may be enforced by the external service. Prices and limits may change as described in Section 12.

Paid plans are purchased and managed on wpaaai.com. The WordPress plugin does not process payment card details inside WordPress.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use AAAI to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful content, malware, phishing, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or access non-public endpoints.
• Upload or input personal data you do not have the right to process, or sensitive information without appropriate legal basis.
• Use the Service in a way that could materially degrade the Service for others (abuse, scraping, excessive requests).

7. AI output and content ownership

• You retain your rights to content you provide to AAAI (your inputs).
• Subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party terms, you may use generated outputs for your purposes.
• AAAI does not guarantee uniqueness, originality, or suitability of any output. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.

If you publish AI-generated content, you are responsible for editorial review, fact-checking, and compliance (including SEO, advertising rules, and platform policies).

8. Intellectual property

The Service, website, and related materials are owned by the Operator or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The WordPress plugin may be distributed under open-source terms where applicable; however, the Service components and operational logic may rely on external systems.

9. Availability and external dependency

AAAI relies on external services (including API providers and infrastructure). Features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or provider issues. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation.

10. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, bias, or omissions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service, plan limits, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. If you continue using the Service after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or used it unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. For paid plans, manage cancellation via the link below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
